David gave a detailed review of the components and explained what the risks were to continued use and the costs for repair along with an assessment of likely future maintenance. Following a previous inspection the news wasn't surprising and was consistent with another vendor. Jeremy took time to sit and walk through replacement options to determine our needs and budget. The personal touch of a local business is important, especially when the trend with large, regional or national businesses is little to no customer care. The installation crew was excellent and they communicated about the project and answered all questions about the system configuration, set up, and use. The leads made a point to discuss specific conditions that required decisions or variations to the install to meet the unique circumstances of this house. The experience gave us confidence that the new AC, furnace, air scrubber, and smart thermostat were a great fit for upgrading to a highly efficient system in our home. We are very pleased with Parker County Cooling and Heating and highly recommend their services.
